บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยแบบบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความผูกพันในวิชาชีพ กับความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งพยาบาลประจำการ มีระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่ 5 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 237 คน ได้จากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามความผูกพันในวิชาชีพ และแบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพ ได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยง โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.97 และ 0.96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์การจรณ์และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ อยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 3.94)\

2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ

3. ความผูกพันในวิชาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับความสำเร็จในวิชาชีพ ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = 0.67)

Factors Related to Career Success of Registered Nurses,
Police General Hospital

Abstract

The purposes of this descriptive research were to study career success of registered nurses and to identify the relationships between career commitment and career success of registered nurses. The sample consisted of 237 registered nurses, who worked more than five years at Police General Hospital who were selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were career commitment and career success questionnaires. The content validity was performed. The reliability by Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were 0.97 and 0.96, respectively. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment by correlation.

Research findings were as follow:

1. The mean of career success of registered nurses, Police General Hospital was at the high level ( = 3.94)

2. Personal factors namely status, education level and work experiences were not significantly related to career success of registered nurses, Police General Hospital.

3. Career commitment was positively and significantly related to career success of registered nurses, Police General Hospital at the moderate level (r = 0.67, p < .05).
