การวิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบตีความในวิชาชีพพยาบาล

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบตีความ (Hermeneutic Phenomenology) เป็นวิธีวิทยาหนึ่งที่สามารถนำมาใช้เพื่อแสวงหาคำตอบทางด้านสุขภาพหรือแสวงหาองค์ความรู้ ทางการพยาบาล เน้นการทำความเข้าใจผ่านการตีความหมายประสบการณ์ชีวิตทางด้านสุขภาพ ของบุคคล โดยบทความนี้ได้นำเสนอปรัชญาปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบตีความตามแนวคิด มาร์ติน ไฮเดกเกอร์ (Martin Heidegger) และขั้นตอนการศึกษาตามกระบวนการวิจัยของ แวน แมนเนน (van Manen) ได้แก่ 1) การทำความเข้าใจธรรมชาติของประสบการณ์ชีวิต 2) การค้นหา สำรวจ ประสบการณ์ที่ศึกษา 3) การตีความโดยสะท้อนโครงสร้างความหมายสำคัญ 4) การเขียน พรรณนาปรากฏการณ์ 5) การคำนึงถึงข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน น่าเชื่อถือ สอดคล้องกับปรากฏการณ์ที่ศึกษา และ 6) การพิจารณาความสมดุลของข้อมูลในบริบทส่วนย่อยให้สอดคล้องหรือเข้ากันได้กับข้อมูล ในภาพรวม ซึ่งผู้ดำเนินการวิจัยควรจะศึกษาปรัชญาของแนวคิดปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบตีความ และวิธีวิทยาให้เข้าใจอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้สามารถนำวิธีวิทยาดังกล่าวไปใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสมในการ ศึกษาทางการพยาบาล และได้ผลการวิจัยที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์กับผู้ป่วยและผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้จริง

Hermeneutic Phenomenology Research in Nursing

Abstract

Hermeneutic Phenomenology is the one of the research methodology to find out the research results in health sciences or to acquire nursing knowledge, emphasis on the understanding by interpreting of life experience in personal health. This article provides the philosophy of Hermeneutic Phenomenology based on the idea of Martin Heidegger and the six steps of research process developed by van Manen, that are, 1) Turning to the nature of lived experience 2) Investigating experience as we live it 3) Hermeneutic phenomenological reflection 4) Hermeneutic phenomenological writing 5) Maintaining a strong and oriented relation and 6) Balancing the research context by considering parts and whole. This methodology should be understood explicitly by the researchers to be able to apply it suitably in nursing education and take the benefits to patients and stakeholder.
