การประเมินหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2554) คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอีสเทิร์นเอเชีย

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยประเมินผล เพื่อเป็นการประเมินผลหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2554 ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอีสเทิร์นเอเชีย โดยใช้แนวทางการประเมินตามกรอบแนวคิดการประเมินตามแบบจำลองซิปป์ (CIPP Model) ประเมินหลักสูตรทั้ง 4 ด้านคือ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิต ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย 2 กลุ่มคือ อาจารย์ประจำคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ จำนวน 46 คน และนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2554 ทุกชั้นปี รวม 244 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (Content Validity) จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่านและตรวจสอบความเที่ยง (Reliability)องแบบสอบถามรายด้านเท่ากับ 0.93-0.97 และแบบสอบถามทั้งชุดเท่ากับ 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณา แจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  อาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นว่าหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการผลิต มีความเหมาะสมมาก และด้านผลผลิตมีสมรรถนะในระดับดี ทางด้านนักศึกษาพบว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 ชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่กำลังจะจบการศึกษามีเห็นว่าโดยรวมของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมมาก  อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมของหลักสูตรแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05

An Evaluation of Bachelor of Nursing Science Program  (2011) Faculty of Nursing, Eastern Asia University

Abstract

                 This research was an evaluation research. In order to evaluate Eastern Asia University nursing graduates curriculum  revised on academic year 2011 under National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education. The Evaluation Framework to assess the CIPP model was evaluated 4 process context , input, process and product. The sample consisted of two groups of 46 nursing lecturers  and students who are studying Bachelor of Nursing Science curriculum revised on 2011 including 244 persons .Data were collected by questionnaire. The Content Validity check by third qualified persons and reliability of the query aspects of the series from 0.93 to 0.97 and overall was 0.96. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

               The results showed that overall of the curriculum was very appropriate. The context, input, process  were more suitable and product performance was quite good. The students in the 2^nd year ,the 3^rd year and the 4^th year students had seen that overall of curriculum was very appropriate. The evaluation of Eastern Asia University Nursing Graduated curriculum (revised 2011) by lecturers and students in the hold was difference with the level of significance of  0.05.
