บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนาระบบการคิดในกระบวนการพยาบาลโดยใช้มุกดาโมเดลเป็นรูปแบบการเรียนรู้โดยเน้นการใช้สมองทั้งสองซีกผ่านคำถาม 4 คำถามใน 8 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1. คำถามว่า ”ทำไม?” เพื่อเริ่มคิดและไตร่ตรองโดยมีการเรียนรู้ขั้นที่ 1 สร้างคุณค่าของสิ่งที่เรียน (สมองซีกขวา) 2. คำถามว่า ”อะไร?” เพื่อพัฒนาความคิดรวบยอดของระบบการคิดในกระบวนการพยาบาลโดยแผนผังมโนทัศน์ที่เรียกว่า “มุกดาโมเดล” โดยมีการเรียนรู้ขั้นที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ประสบการณ์ (สมองซีกซ้าย) ขั้นที่ 3 ปรับประสบการณ์เป็นความคิดรวบยอด (สมองซีกขวา) และขั้นที่ 4 พัฒนาความคิดรวบยอด (สมองซีกซ้าย) 3. คำถามว่า          ”อย่างไร?” เพื่อสร้างความคิดรวบยอดสู่การลงมือปฏิบัติกับผู้ป่วยโดยใช้มุกดาโมเดลในขั้นที่ 5 ลงมือปฏิบัติจากกรอบความคิด (สมองซีกซ้าย) และขั้นที่ 6 ขั้นสร้างชิ้นงานเพื่อสะท้อนความเป็นตนเอง     (สมองซีกขวา) 4. คำถามว่า “ถ้า...” เพื่อนำความคิดรวบยอดสู่การปฏิบัติกับสถานการณ์ใหม่ ขั้นที่ 7 วิเคราะห์คุณค่าและประยุกต์ใช้ (สมองซีกซ้าย) และขั้นที่ 8 แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้กับผู้อื่น (สมองซีกขวา)

The Development of Mukda Model’s Thinking System in Nursing Process

Abstract

The Development of Mukda Model’s Thinking System in Nursing Process is a learning model which emphasizes using of both cerebral hemispheres through four questions in eight steps as follows: 1. “Why Question”  to start thinking and pondering to reach Step One: learning and creating value in the learned things (right hemisphere). 2. “What Question” to develop the concept of nursing process thinking system by concept mapping called Mukda Model in Step Two learning: experience analysis (left hemisphere), Step Three learning: adapting experience to be a concept (right hemisphere) and Step Four learning: developing the concept (left hemisphere). 3. “How Question” to construct the concept to practice with patients by using Mukda Model in Step Five learning: implementing from the framework specified (left hemisphere) and Step Six learning: constructing  workpiece reflecting their own selves (right hemisphere). 4. “If Question” to take the concept to operate in new situations in Step Seven learning: value analysis and application (left hemisphere) and Step Eight learning: exchanging learning experiences with others (right hemisphere).
