บทคัดย่อ

การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ มีความสำคัญและจำเป็นสำหรับพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้วยโรคและแผนการรักษาที่มีความซับซ้อน เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยและได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุด ตามแนวคิดการดูแลแบบองค์รวม ซึ่งครอบคลุม 4 มิติของการพยาบาล ซึ่งพยาบาลเป็นบุคคลสำคัญที่จะต้องคิด วางแผน ตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหาทางคลินิกที่เกิดขึ้นอยู่ตลอดเวลา การเรียนการสอนนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้เกิดการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณจึงมีความสำคัญควบคู่ไปกับองค์ความรู้ทางการพยาบาล  การสะท้อนคิดเป็นวิธีการสอนที่สามารถใช้ส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้ดีวิธีหนึ่งอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งครอบคลุม แนวคิดการสะท้อนคิด การเรียนรู้ผ่านการสะท้อนคิดต่อการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ระดับการสะท้อนคิด หลักการสะท้อนคิด ขั้นตอนการสะท้อนคิด ผลของการใช้การสะท้อนคิดในการฝึกปฏิบัติ รวมทั้งบทสรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการสะท้อนคิด นำไปสู่การตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการใช้การสอนโดยการสะท้อนคิด ซึ่งเป็นวิธีการสอนที่สามารถส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้ดีวิธีหนึ่ง

Reflective Thinking: Teaching Students to Develop Critical Thinking

Abstract

Critical thinking is an important and necessary competency for nurses to care for patients within complex diseases and treatment, which is needed to provided safety to the patients and they get the most benefit based on the concept of holistic care encompasses four dimensions of nursing. The student nurses are important person to be trained to solve clinical problems that occur over time. Teaching student nurses how to think critically is a challenge technique. Reflective thinking is one of the teaching methods that can be used to promote critical thinking for student nurses. This teaching method involved the concept of reflection, method of how to think critically, level of reflection, reflection principle, the process of reflection, and effects of reflective thinking in clinical practice
