การนิเทศด้วยความเอื้ออาทร

บทคัดย่อ

              พฤติกรรมการนิเทศของอาจารย์ผู้สอนในรายวิชาฝึกภาคปฏิบัติมีความสำคัญต่อ ความสามารถในการปรับตัว ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และการเป็นแบบอย่างของพฤติกรรมที่นักศึกษาจะจดจำและนำไปปฏิบัติ อาจารย์ผู้นิเทศที่มีการนิเทศด้วยความเอื้ออาทรต่อนักศึกษาที่ขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติ เป็นพฤติกรรมที่อาจารย์ผู้นิเทศแสดงออกถึงความเมตตา กรุณา ความเข้าใจ ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ความเคารพในสิทธิความเป็นมนุษย์ จากการที่มีงานวิจัยนำแนวคิดการนิเทศด้วยความเอื้ออาทรของวัตสัน ครอบคลุมปัจจัยการดูแล (Carative factor) 10 ประการ มาประยุกต์เป็นการนิเทศด้วยความเอื้ออาทรของอาจารย์ผู้นิเทศ พบว่าพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวจะช่วยส่งเสริม สนับสนุนความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา นักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสในการฝึกปฏิบัติ กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น กล้าที่จะซักถามปัญหา  ส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการเรียนรู้ ส่งเสริมทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ ทักษะการตัดสินใจ และทักษะการคิดแก้ไขปัญหา ช่วยให้นักศึกษามีพัฒนาการด้านต่างๆ ตามวัตถุประสงค์รายวิชา และยังช่วยพัฒนาให้นักศึกษามีเจตคติของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลด้วย

Supervision by the Caring behavior

Abstract               

           The instructors’ behaviors of practical training courses are very important to students’ adaptability , ability to learn and  to be a best model of behavior that students will remember and put into practice. Teachers who have caring behavior and generosity towards students that practice express  kindness, understanding, compassion. and respect for human rights. Watson Caring behavior that composes of 10 caring  factors (Carative factor) are applied to the caring behavior of faculty supervisors. The results are  found that Caring behavior will help to  promote students' learning ability. Students have the opportunity to practice, dare to comment and ask for problem solving. The ability to learn can promote critical thinking skills ,decision making skills, problem solving and thinking skills and help the students develop under Course objectives and help to develop the students' attitude toward the profession  nurse.
