The View of “Nida Poll” as an Employer to the Case of Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of the Disabled

Abstract

This research article aims to know the problems and obstacles in hiring disabled people in the case of the NIDA Poll Center, National Institute of Development Administration. And to suggest ways to help make employment easier. In order to be in accordance with the intention of the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of the Disabled Act B.E.2550 that needs to promote and improve the quality of life of the disabled, the NIDA Poll Center has a project to recruit people with disabilities as data collectors. By starting to publicize the project during June 2017. There are many interested persons to inquire about the nature of the additional work because they understand that they can bring the questionnaire back to do at home. But because the data collection is a data collection by phone that must be performed at the center. Making the last one unable to get the disabled to work even one person. From the main obstacle is Travel problems therefore promoting and improving the quality of life of people with disabilities by hiring. Therefore it is necessary to have a supportive factor that is beyond the control of both the employment agency and the disabled, that is, should expedite the implementation of the Act on the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of the Disabled Person B.E.2550, Section 37, which requires Minister of Social Development and Human Security Minister of Transport And the Minister of Interior issued ministerial regulations to determine the nature or arrangement of equipment Facilities or services in buildings, vehicles, transportation services or other public services for people with disabilities to access and use.
