Abstract

            The purposes of this research were to study the state of happy workplace in canned food perceived by staff, and the factors influencing happy workplace of canned food sector. The research sample was 258 personnel. Questionnaire was used to collect the data and statically analyzed by Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson, and Multiple Regressions. The results show that the level of happy workplace in the domain of workers’ happiness and lively workplace were high. The factors that influence happy workplace with significant level of 0.01 were compensation (X15; B = 0.43), work conditions, (X14; B = 0.28), and 11-15 years of work experience (X6 = -0.04). It was found that these three factors can predict the overall success of happy workplace at 95.00% (R2= 0.95).The predicted equation in standard score form can be stated as follow: ZY = 0.13ZX15  + 1.00ZX14  -0.05ZX6.
