The objectives of this research were to study, compare and suggest the guidelines for the use of information technology for school management in educational opportunity expansion schools under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Data were collected from 220 teachers by using a
questionnaire with reliability of 0.973 and an interview with 10 teachers. The obtained data were analyzed
by using mean, standard deviation, and t - test. The research results showed that the use of information technology for school management in overall was at a high level in descending order: academic administration, personnel administration, general administration, and budget administration. The comparison of the use of information technology based on gender showed a different use of information technology at a statistical significance level of 0.05. However, the comparison of the use information technology based on background education and work experience showed an identical use of information technology.The suggestions regarding operationalguideline suggested that the schools should apply information technology into manpowerplanning and use computers in preparing meeting minutes for
administrators, teachers, and school committees.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบและเสนอแนะแนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานีเขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 220 คนเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.973และสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสถิติได้แก่การทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการด้านงานบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านงานบริหารงานทั่วไปและด้านงานบริหารงบประมาณ ผลการเปรียบเทียบการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจำแนกตามเพศ พบว่าแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน การศึกษาแนวทางการดำเนินงาน พบว่าโรงเรียนควรมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศช่วยในการวางแผนอัตรากำลังโรงเรียนควรมีการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์มาช่วยในการบันทึกการประชุมทั้งของผู้บริหารและครูคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา
