Governance-Based Work Management of Klong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Klong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province

Abstract

The research aimed to investigate and compare the level of people’s opinions on corporate governance-based work management of Klong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Klong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province. The sample used in the research included 398 people of over 18 years of age. The tool used for the research was questionnaire. The statistics used for the analysis included percentage, frequency, average, standard deviation, t-test for independent samples and One way ANOVA. The research findings revealed that the corporate governance-based work management of Klong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Klong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province overall had the average of fair. The consideration of each dimension revealed that the average of all dimensions was fair. The study was divided into six dimensions namely law, morality, transparency, participation, responsibility and cost effectiveness. The study of the comparison of the level of opinions on corporate governance-based work management of Klong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Klong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province divided by personal status, revealed the following findings. There was no different opinion according to gender, education level and profession. According to age, there were different opinions on orporate governance-based work management of Klong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Klong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province
