Abstract

This is a review article for differential diagnosis between Acute Osteoporotic and Neoplastic Vertebral Compression fractures. To show the practical radiographic findings from each imaging modalities, advantages and disadventages among the imaging modalities. Aim for clinician and radiologist selecting the proper imaging modalities and understanding pitfalls each imaging modalities, resulting in decreased rate of invasive tissue diagnosis.
