Working Attitude of Operating Division Worker at Cool Fresh Co., Ltd

The objective of this research aim to investigate and study attitude of operational officers' operation at Cool Fresh Company Limited. The sample in this research is 129 operational officers at factory in Pathumtani of Cool Fresh Company. Tools used for collecting data is questionnaire, approximation level 5. Statistic used to analyze data are frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The research results were found that : The attitude of operational officers' operation at Cool Fresh Company Limited as overall was at moderate, considering each aspect by ranking from highest to lowest; the Job feature, the Supervisor, the Compensation and welfare, the Colleagues and the working environment respectively
