In the academic year 2016-2017, Vietnam has 1,767,879 undergraduate students and 47,800 college students (Ministry of Education and Training. 2017). That means, every year, there are about 600,000 students studying the Logic. A number is impressive. Therefore the influence of the logic in student knowledge is significant. But the first thing to do when designing a curriculum is to define its goal. This goal is determined by the educational philosophy. In this paper, we discuss the influence of the educational philosophy on the development of the logic curriculum. We introduce the main contents of logical curriculum, the influence of educational philosophy on the design of the subject, and the difficulties of students when they study this subject. Finally, we recommend solutions to better teach logic.</p> 2019-12-30T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rdirmu/article/view/233139 The Management and the Service User’s Satisfaction at the King’s 84th Birthday Anniversary Sport Complex 2019-12-30T19:30:09+07:00 Oam To-aj oam.deto@gmail.com <p>The objective of this research was to study the effective management at His majesty the king’s 84th birthday anniversary sport complex and to study the satisfaction of the customers at His majesty the king’s 84th birthday anniversary sport complex. The research objectives are 1) to study problems relating to education for refugee children, 2) to study different perspectives of those involved in the management of education for refugee children, including Thai officials, NGOs staffs, and refugee children and their parents, who involved in the policy-making and the operation level as well as beneficiaries of education arrangements respectively. This research is a qualitative study. Data were gathered by documentation research and interview. Interviewees are officials from Ministry of Education and Ministry of Interior, Non-governmental Organization (NGOs) staff, refugee children and their parents. The total number of interviewees is 15. The results of the study were obtained from data analysis from academic documents and extracting articles from interviews and reporting the study results by descriptive methods.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The study found that; First, the obstacles of education management in the refugee camp was the lack of cooperation between government agencies and NGOs involved in the education management. The lack of integrated work system led to the inability to verify qualification received in the refugee camp. This issue directly affected the refugee children’s quality of education and potential for further study. Second, actors involved in the education management showed incompatible views regarding the need to provide quality education for refugee children. Government officials, as the policy makers, lacked a political will to address this refugee education as an urgent matter that needs improvement. In contrast, NGOs, working in the operational level, highlighted the need to improve refugee education, especially to upgrade the curriculum and school materials, including textbooks and other teaching materials suitable for different school years. The obstacles identified in this study show that Thailand fails to uphold international human rights principles as a state member of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and fails to follow the Constitution of Thailand that requires the state to provide education to all children living in the country.</p> 2019-12-30T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rdirmu/article/view/233267 Solar Cells : Change to Energy 2019-12-30T19:31:26+07:00 Phra Jamlong Philaphan jamlongpilapan918@gmail.com Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pakdee Pusing eliti_pana@hotmail.com <p>The process of solar cells is to produce electricity from light. The secret of this process is the use of semiconductors that can be adapted to release the charge. The particles are charged at the cathode. This is the basis of electricity. The most commonly used semiconductor in solar cells is silicon. This is a common element in sand. Each solar cell has two semiconductors. One layer is charged at the anode. Another layer is charged to the cathode. When light comes to semiconductor. The electric field that passes through part 2 of this layer intersects the electrical flow. Cause alternating current How much light is shining? Electricity is flowing more. So solar systems do not need bright sunlight to operate. It also produces electricity on cloudy days, because electricity is proportionate to cloud density. In addition, less cloudy days produce more energy than cloudless days. Since the sunray is reflected from the clouds.</p> 2019-12-30T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rdirmu/article/view/233207 Women in Organizations: Case of Thailand’s Military Institutions 2019-12-30T19:30:07+07:00 Pornsan Piyanantisak pornsan@kku.ac.th Yupaporn Yupas yupaporn_yu1@yahoo.com <p>For most of the woman rights activists, woman entering into military career is a crucial step forward sexual equality. Female soldier represents the symbolic of the more open opportunity for woman to do something that has always been considering as a male dominated job. However, for many feminist scholars, particularly Critical Feminist, woman soldier is just another disguise of gendered inequality in male dominated institutions. This documentary research, therefore, aims to explore the role of women in Thailand’s military institutions and examine the linkage between masculinized culture of the military and the struggling of women to reach their position in the Thai army. The findings suggest that there are particular institutional manner and cultivation approaches that reinforce gender differences by giving the specific distinctive training that favors the idea of gendered hierarchy and sexual inequality in the army. The result also reveals some discrimination issues where most of the time the servicewomen would only predominate in clerical, administrative, or supportive specialist and are rarely assigned to job specialties that require them to carry and use arms unless to defend themselves. As a recommendation, it is more useful to look over the female soldier's “obvious agency” of exercising a rational choice to pursue career in the military, and rather focus on how these women can truly be encouraged to exert their agency over the determination of achieving career advancement and overcome the mentioned obstacles by revising the process of “making a soldier” in the Thai military institutions.</p> 2019-12-30T00:00:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rdirmu/article/view/233209 Political Corruption: History and Solution 2019-12-30T19:30:12+07:00 Prof. Dr. Thirapat Serirangsan tserirangsan@yahoo.com <p>The article named “Political Corruption: History and Solution” proposes to demonstrate the solution and adjustment.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Most importantly, the major factor of a form of corruption appears the corrupt has the misuse of entrusted power for private gain.
