The research instruments included tests, assessment forms, questionnaires, and interview forms. The curriculum is of the non-degree type. It has received a research fund from the Higher Education Manpower Production and Development Promotion Group, Manpower Promotion and Development Division, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), and the implementation of the curriculum was approved by the New Breed Graduate Production Project. The objectives of the curriculum are: 1) to study the results of the farmers’ practice in growing safe vegetables that is certified as having agricultural commodity standard according to the principles of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP); 2) to study the results of the farmers’ practice in safe vegetable processing which has products with comercial value added for the smart farmer. The instruction employed 3 modules. Module 1: Re-Skill —plant production according to the principle of GAP. Module 2: UP-Skill —growing safe vegetables according to the agricultural commodity standards of GAP. Module 3: Up-Skill —growing safe vegetables that develops the famer into a smart farmer. The allotted time for learning is 285 hours, 60 hours for theory and 225 hours for practice. The target group comprises 50 farmers from Ban Pho-ngoen, Village No. 13, Na Si Nuan Sub-district, Phayakkhaphum Phisai District, Mahasarakham Province. The research instruments are: 1) a learner’s competency assessment form on the body of knowledge, practical skill and attitude for the competency-based non-degree curriculum on growing safe vegetables to promote smart farmer agriculture; 2) a questionnaire on growing safe vegetables according to the standards of plant commodity of GAP to develop smart farmers; 3) an application form for plant production site of GAP (for sole farmer); 4) an assessment record for plant production site of GAP according to agricultural commodity standards (TAS): good agricultural practices for food crops. The statistics employed in the analysis of data were the mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). The research results are presented in tables and descriptive analysis.</p> <p>The results are as follows:</p> <p>1) The study on the 50 farmers’ practice in growing safe vegetables revealed that 46 farmers, or 92 %, were certified as having agricultural commodity standard according to the principles of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Their practice was in accordance with the Good Agricultural Practices for Food Crops (TAS).</p> <p> 2) The study on the farmers’ practice in safe vegetable processing which has products with comercial value added for the smart farmer revealed that the 50 farmers were able to apply their knowledge, skill and attitude in safe vegetable processing and could produce 12 products with commercial value added, and they could decrease the expense on their own vegetable consumption for 7,250 baht in each production round. From the cost of production of 41,450 baht, the products weighed 2,432 kilograms and were sold for 74,540 baht. The profit was 40,440 baht. When the farmers finished the third module, they were able to pass the smart farmer’s standards on 6 aspects. The research employed the mixed methodology of quantity research and quality research. The sample comprised 50 people, selected according to the criteria of Rajabhat Village. The key informants were 10 heads of community enterprises and members of the Rungruang Naturally Dyed Cotton Cloth Weaving Group of Nong No Tai, 3 community learned persons specialized in cloth weaving, and 3 academicians related to the development of the cotton cloth weaving group. The instruments were: (1) a survey form for needs for community innovations on economic, social, environmental, educational and well-being aspects for the development of Ban Nong No Tai, upgraded to a sustainable self-reliant Rajabhat Village of Maha sarakham Province; (2) a questionnaire on the quality of life for Ban Nong No Tai, upgraded to a sustainable self-reliant Rajabhat Village of Mahasarakham Province; (3) a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics employed in the analysis of data were basic statistics: the mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). The research setting was Ban Nong No Tai, Phra That Sub-district, Na Dun District, Mahasarakham Province. The presentation of the results employed tables and descriptive analysis.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results were as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The needs for community innovations for the development of Ban Nong No Tai, upgraded to a sustainable self-reliant Rajabhat Village of Mahasarakham Province were: (1) on the economic aspect — cultural tourism — 33.33 percent; (2) on the social aspect — production group administration — 32.00 percent; (3) on the well-being aspect — multi-age recreation — 30.61 percent.</li> <li>Regarding the use of community innovations in the development</li> </ul> <p>of the quality of life of Ban Nong No Tai, upgraded to a sustainable self-reliant Rajabhat Village of Mahasarakham Province, it was found that the village, having the quality of life as a sustainable self-reliant Rajabhat Village, had 5 aspects: economic, social, environmental, educational and well-being aspects. On the whole, the quality of life was at the highest level (&nbsp;) = 4.75 S.D. = 0.50. When each aspect of the quality of life was considered, it was found that the 1<sup>st</sup> to the 4<sup>th</sup> ranking aspects, which were the well-being, social, economic and environmental aspects, had their means as follows: &nbsp;= 4.92, S.D. = 0.26; &nbsp;= 4.88, S.D. = 0.36); &nbsp;= 4.78, S.D. = 0.42; and &nbsp;= 4.74, S.D. = 0.49.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3) Regarding the sample’s satisfaction with the poject, it was found that, on the whole, the satisfaction was at the high level (&nbsp;= 4.15, S.D. = 1.11). Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok in conjunction with Kahoot</p> <p> The sample used in this development was 40 students in Year 2/5 of Roi Et College for the academic year 2022 from cluster sampling using classrooms as random units. The tools used in the development include: 1) 6 learning management plan for secondary school year 2, 6 hours plan, 1) learning management plan 1, practice analyzing the value before learning from Ramayana, learning management plan 2, history of Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok, learning management plan 3, study the story, disconnect wisdom, learning management plan 4, learn value. Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok Learning Management Plan 5: Finding Value from Kahoot and Learning Management Plan 6: Practice analyzing value after learning from Ramayana. 2) Reading and thinking skills to analyze the value of literature Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok For secondary school 2, 2 sets of 20 questions are divided into 1 set of 10 questions and 1 set of 10 Kahoot exercises 3) Satisfaction questionnaire of secondary school students of Roi Et College, Roi Et Province, academic year 2022. Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok together with the use of Kahoot game as a rating scale of 5 levels of 4 aspects and 18 items can summarize the results of the study as follows:</p> <ol> <li>The results of the reading and thinking exercises analyze the value of literature. Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok, together with the use of Kahoot games for secondary school students to be effective according to the 80/80 criteria, found that the effectiveness of the reading and critical thinking exercises for the value of literature. Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok (E1/E2) is equal to 81.62/98.38, which is higher than the set 80/80 threshold.</li> <li>Comparative analysis of reading and critical thinking skills of students who learned by practicing reading and thinking to analyze the value of literature. Ramakian at Narai Prabnontok, together with Kahoot after school, was statistically significantly higher than pre-school at .01.</li> <li>Comparative analysis of reading and critical thinking skills of students who learned by practicing reading and thinking to analyze the value of literature. To study the nutritional status and food consumption behavior of early childhood children in small schools. 2. To develop lunch recipes from local wisdom to promote well-being of early childhood children for small schools. 3. To propose guidelines for promoting early childhood health for small schools in Muang District, Maha Sarakham Province.</p> <p><strong>Method : </strong>Use a mix method of quantitative and qualitative models. The sample consisted of 109 preschool children. The research tools were a 24-hour retrospective food consumption behavior assessment form, a lunch menu survey. Recipe Acceptance Assessment Form Data recording form from the program ThaiNutriSurvey 2.00 and data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, workshops. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and presented the data in a descriptive way.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong> <strong>:</strong> 1. Nutrition status: 4.59% of 5 people underweight, 5.50% of short stature, 6 people, 9.17% of obese 10 people, and 6.42% of becoming obese in 7 people. and consumption behavior, it was found that all children ate breakfast with at least 2 food groups: rice, flour and meat or rice, flour and milk every day and ate 3 main meals a day every day by eating the rice group. - Flour 3 ladles per day, every day, eat eggs 3-7 days a week, 1 egg per day and add salty seasonings such as fish sauce, soy sauce, Maggie in cooked food every time. 2. Energy and Nutrient Assessment It was found that most food recipes passed the quality criteria and the development of lunch recipes from local wisdom. It was found that recipes that need to be improved to increase energy and fat will use more fried oil or ground pork. and reduce the use of fish balls 3. Subjects were 238 undergraduate students, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, 3rd year enrolled in Health Promotion and Care, semester 2, academic year 2022 by using purposive sampling. The research instrument was the physical activity questionnaire with the content of validity between 0.60-1.00, constructed by the researcher. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed that Undergraduate students, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, mostly had knowledge about physical activity at a moderate level, 164 people, representing 68.9 percent. good level the mean was 4.15.
