Abstract

This research aim to study the political participation, to study the factors influence to the political participation of female leader in Popan sub-district administrative organization, Nachuek district in Mahasarakham province, and study the suggestions about developing the political participation. The sample was 153 female leaders living at Porpan sub district, Nachuek district, Mahasarakham province. The instrument was the five ratting scale questionnaire with .88 of reliability. Statistics for analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results were found as follows ; The political participation of female leader in Popan sub-district administrative organization, Nachuek district in Mahasarakham province as overall was at high level, considering each aspect by ranking were; the voting, the news following, the political situation following, the interest group. However, the lowest aspects were the vote Campaign. The factors influence the political participation of female leader by statistical significant at .05 levels were age and education. The suggestion about approach for developing the political participation; the people should go voting all times in order to be the best practice, should be show signs about election everywhere for motivate or persuade anyone go voting, hearing all voice from people, present the opinion in the public, communicate the political situation around area always, develop the interest group to be strength especially the government sector must promote and support all activity.
