This was document analysis applied interpretation and content analysis. The findings were as follows; Housing for the Low income earners was essential Policy formulation and implementation that Government must be done. Policy Implementation on Housing Projects for the Low income earners in Thailand was not efficiency. The obstructed of Policy implementation on Housing Projects for the Low income earner were politic in Policy implementation and spoil system of Thai sociology
