The Administration in Accordance with Good Governance of Administrators and Personnel, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University

Abstract

   The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the administration of administrators and personnel  in Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University; 2) to compare the opinions on good governance of administrators and personnel in Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University; 3) to investigate problems and guidelines for the development of administration according to good governance in Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University.The sample of this study were 400 administrators and staff in Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. The research instrument was a questionnaire with its reliability of 0.969. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage (%), mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), t–test and F–test.

   The study found that the opinions of university staff towards the administration according to good governance was at a moderate level.  Rule of Law ranked the highest, Cost–Effectiveness the, Moral Principles, Transparency, Accountability and,  Participation.  In comparison with the opinions of administrators and personnel classified by age, position, faculty, working experience. It was found that their opinions towards the administration were different. It was recommended to have further orientation on the development of administration according to good governance in Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University.
