The research found that; 1) The teacher development program on learning management had 4 components. 2) The present desirable and how to develop the most teachers condition design of student-centered learning is important. And 3) The teacher development program on learning management. Consisted of 6 methods. The assessment of teacher development programs in student-centered learning management.
