And 3) Study the suggestions in managing of Maha Sarakam Provincial Administration Organization. The sample of the study was comprised of 400 people .The instrument of the study was a set of selfadministered questionnaires. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and comparing statistics were t-test and F-test with the significant level at .05. The research results were as follows ; 1. The people’s satisfaction level towards the public services of Maha Sarakam Provincial Administration Organization in general was high level with the percentage of 88.15. 2. The people’s satisfaction comparison towards the public services of Maha Sarakam Provincial Administration Organization classified by gender, age, education and career found that the public health dimension, it was not significantly different in all aspects. The education dimension, according to people with different education were significantly different. The community development and social welfare dimension, and also the municipality and preventing disaster dimension, according to people with different age and education were different statistically significant.</p> ER -
