The sample consisted 56 school administrators, 56 vice-administrators, 56 academic administrators in secondary schools the stratified random sampling technique. The tools were the evaluation form of the components of changed leadership of school administrators, the evaluation form of current status and the desirable condition of changed leadership of school administrators and the evaluation form and the possibilities of the program. The statistics using for data analysis were; consistency index, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and demand index. The research found that; 1. There are four elements and sixteen indicators of the creative leadership for teachers of the secondary school administrators. 2. Current conditions of the creative leadership for teachers of the secondary school administrators overall were in a high level. The desired condition of the secondary school administrators was in the highest level. 3. The methods of the creative leadership for teachers of the secondary school administrators; the top three listed from the needs of the enhanced methods were seminars, workshops and the study visits orderly. 4. The leadership enhancement program of the creative leadership for teachers of the secondary school administrators was in a high level in overall appropriately and the possibility of the program was at the highest level.</p> ER -
