The sampling group of the study were ninety two secondary school teachers of the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Department in Nong Bau Lumpu Province. The instruments were questionnaire and interview. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Standard deviation. T-test (Independent) and One Way ANOVA were employed for the study. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The findings showed that the overall condition of the curriculum implementation of the teachers for all issues was at a low level. 2) The problem of the teachers at the medium-sized school and the small-sized school about using the teaching materials was significantly different at the .05 level. Whereas, the condition and problem of the teachers about implementing the curriculum regarding the different genders, ages, educational backgrounds, majors and work experiences were not significantly different. 3) The practical guidelines for problem solutions were as follows: 3.1) There should be training courses of the curriculum implementation and design based on the social context. 3.2) Instructional management should base on the core curriculum and serve the current context of school, needs and problems of the students. 3.3) Teaching materials should be modern, appropriate and sufficient for the current instruction. 3.4) Individual assessment and authentic assessment should be used for assessing learning outcomes of the students.</p> ER -
