The Development of Training Curriculum to Enhance the Competency of the Administrative Officer School under The Buengkan Primary Educational Service Area

The objectives of this study were to develop and evaluate the quality of a training curriculum
to enhance the competency of the administrative officer school under the Buengkan Primary Education Service Area. The study was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 was the curriculum development, conducted by employ a set of questionnaire as a research instrument for data collection. The sample random sampling from administrators who work in elementary schools under the Buengkan Primary Education
Service Area, year 2018 selected 25 people. Phase 2 was the evaluation of the quality training curriculum. Training course outline checking was operated with five experts and training course checking was operated
with five experts. The discussion emphasized on the suitability and consistency of the training course.
The statistics employed for quality verification of the assessment scales were percent, mean and standard deviation were used for data analysis. The study yielded the following results:
1) The developed training curriculum on Enhance the Competency of the Administrative officer school under The Buengkan Primary Educational Service Area comprised of 4 elements, namely 1) objectives; 2) content; 3) training activities; 4) assessment and evaluation. 2) When considering the quality of the developed training curriculum, it could be explained that The experts mutually agreed that the elements of the developed competency the courses are most appropriate and the components of the training curriculum are consistent.
