Abstract

This research aimed to study the opinion of car company employees towards the features of the Department of Skill Development staff within Muang district, Loei province,  and to compare the employees’ opinion about the staff’s features for the service of coordination classified by the respondents’ gender, age and educational with car companies by gender, age, and level of education.  The 197 research population are the employees of the car companies in Muang district, Loei province. A questionnaire was used  for data collection and the statistics applied for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean and strand deviation.  The statistics for hypothesis test were t-test Independent, One-Way ANOVA and then compared the pairs with LSD (Least Significant Difference).


The research findings are showed briefly as follows :


1. The overall aspect as well as by aspect of the features of the Department of Skill Development staff about the service of coordination was obviously found at a high level. The highest mean was the communication (gif.latex?\mu= 4.21) then followed the external personality (gif.latex?\mu= 4.20) whilst the inner personality was found at the lowest level (gif.latex?\mu= 4.17).


2. The employees with different gender and level of education have different opinion in overall aspect about the staff’s service of coordination with the statistical significance at .05 level. The finding was clearly found that the employees with different age have indifferent opinion in overall aspect about the staff’s service of coordination with the statistical significance at .05 level.
