แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 2

Abstract

The  purposes  of  this  research  were  1)  to  study  the  condition  of  senior  scout  administration  of  schools  under  Kamphaeng  Phet  Educational  service  area  office  2,  2)  to  study  the  problems  of  senior  scout  administration  of  schools  under  Kamphaeng  Phet  Educational  service  area  office  2,  3)  to  find  the  guidelines  to  develop  senior  scout  administration  of  schools  under  Kamphaeng  Phet  Educational  service  area  office  2.  The  samples  consisted  of  47  school  administration,  124  teachers  who  taught  senior  scout  in  schools  under  Kamphaeng  Phet  Educational  service  area  office  2  in  the  academic  year  2008  and  17  experts  in  senior  scout  administration  of  schools.  The  research  instrument  were  a  questionnaire  and  interview.  The  data  were  analyzed  using  mean,  standard  deviation  and  content  analysis.  The  research  findings  were  as  follows  :  

1.  In  general,  condition  of  senior  scout  administration  of  schools  under  Kamphaeng  Phet  Educational  service  area  office  2  was  at  a  moderate  level. 

2.  In  general,  the  problem  of  senior  scout  administration  of  schools  under  Kamphaeng  Phet  Educational  service  area  office  2  was  at  a  high  level. 

3.  In  general,  the  guidelines  to  develop  senior  scout  administration  of  schools  under  Kamphaeng  Phet  Educational  service  area  office  was  at  the  most  appropriate  level.
