Would like to cancel the publication of articles in journals in the humanities, social sciences and education

Notice to Authors:
According to the editorial board meeting of RUTS Research Journal during 29 – 30 April 2019 on the improvement of journal’s quality to be indexed by ACI or Scopus, the journal should clearly specify the publication policy. The journal normally welcomes article submissions in all fields of science and technology, social science and others. However, the editorial board has now agreed to decline any submissions in the field of humanities, social science, and education effective immediately.
