บทคัดย่อ

                 การพัฒนาอิเล็กโตรเคมิคัลเซนเซอร์เพื่อตรวจวัดอาร์ทีมิซินินโดยปรับปรุงขั้วไฟฟ้าพิมพ์สกรีนคาร์บอนด้วยฮีมินซึ่งเป็นสารที่สามารถเร่งการเกิดปฏิกิริยารีดักชันของอาร์ทีมิซินินได้ ทำการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของขั้วไฟฟ้าที่พัฒนาด้วยวิธีทางกายภาพและวิธีเคมีไฟฟ้า ได้แก่ เทคนิคกล้องจุลทรรศน์อิเล็กตรอนแบบส่องกราด เทคนิคอิมพิแดนซ์สเปกโตรสโคปี และเทคนิคไซคลิกโวลแทมเมทรี เป็นต้น เซนเซอร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นให้ช่วงความเป็นเส้นตรงในการตรวจวัดอาร์ทีมิซินินจาก 5.6 ไมโครโมลาร์ ถึง 0.1 มิลลิ
โมลาร์ มีขีดจำกัดต่ำสุดในการตรวจพบและการตรวจวัดปริมาณที่ 1.4 ไมโครโมลาร์ (สัญญาณกระแส/สัญญาณรบกวน = 3) และ 4.5 ไมโครโมลาร์ (สัญญาณกระแส/สัญญาณรบกวน = 10) ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ เซนเซอร์นี้มีความสามารถในการทำซ้ำของการวิเคราะห์และการเตรียมขั้วไฟฟ้าโดยมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสัมพัทธ์เป็น 1.6 และ 4.4 ตามลำดับ ประยุกต์ใช้เซนเซอร์สำหรับตรวจวัดปริมาณอาร์ทีมิซินินในตัวอย่างยาและตัวอย่างพืชพบว่าให้ร้อยละการได้กลับคืนมาในช่วง 98.7 – 106.8 นอกจากนี้พบว่าผลการทดลองสอดคล้องกับเทคนิคมาตรฐานโครมาโทกราฟีของเหลวสมรรถนะสูง ซึ่งชี้ให้เห็นว่าอิเล็กโตรเคมิคัลเซนเซอร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการตรวจวัดปริมาณอาร์ทีมิซินินในตัวอย่างจริงได้ ให้ค่าความแม่นยำและความถูกต้องสูง ราคาถูก มีความน่าเชื่อถือ
