Essential lessons learned from the project are Dialogue and Self-Reflection methods could successfully connect providers from different backgrounds and create community of practice among those with common interest. It is likely that this could build capacity of oneself to contribute with multidisciplinary teamworking, as a result, quality of rehabilitation services could also be improved.
