บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับมุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อมและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับมุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อมที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลสวนสราญรมย์ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และโรงพยาบาลจิตเวชสงขลาราชนครินทร์ สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายจำนวน 365 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบวัดมุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อม ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา เท่ากับ .845 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติไคสแควร์ และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ระดับมุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M=3.80, SD=.36) โดยด้านแรงจูงใจในการดูแลสูงที่สุด (M=4.24, SD=.68)

2. อายุของผู้ดูแล (r=-.131, p<.05) จำนวนผู้ที่ให้การช่วยเหลือในการดูแล (r=.139, p<.01) รายได้ของครอบครัวต่อเดือน (r=.363, p<.001) และอายุของผู้ป่วย (r=.210, p<.001) มีความสัมพันธ์กับมุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแล

3. ระดับการศึกษาของผู้ดูแล (c2=10.973, p<.05) การมีโรคประจำตัวของผู้ดูแล (c2=5.970, p<.05) และเพศของผู้ป่วย (c2=13.987, p<.001) มีความสัมพันธ์กับมุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแล

จากการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า มุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแลผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อมของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวนั้น เป็นประสบการณ์ของแต่ละบุคคล ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ทั้งที่เป็นปัจจัยจากตัวผู้ดูแลเองและปัจจัยทางด้านผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อม ดังนั้นการสร้างเสริมมุมมองเชิงบวกต่อการดูแลควรตระหนักปัจจัยเหล่านี้ด้วย
