This research aims to investigate the compositions of organization leadership in the viewpoint of local government administrative organizations, business organizations, and industrial organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima province according to Thailand 4.0 policy. This research is a qualitative study using the semi-structured interview as a tool for data collection from 16 executives in local administrative organizations and 10 executives from business and industrial organizations in Nakhon Ratchasima province. Triangulation method involving the data, the researcher, and the theory, was applied for data validation. The data were analyzed by content analysis and patterns combining followed by drawing conclusions for research problems. The results indicate that the composition of organizational leadership according to Thailand 4.0 concept consists of 1) Leader’s behaviors emphasizing morality and ethics, responsibilities, public mind, and emotional intelligence; 2) Creative leadership emphasizing ability to apply technology and innovation in management, teamwork, placing importance and trust in people, communication skills, good interpersonal skill, and problem-solving, skills and; 3) Management with good governance emphasizing management by the rule of law, ethics, responsibilities, public participation, transparency, and effective public budget spending. These leadership compositions would lead to building leaders with professional management competency according to Thailand 4.0 concept.
