Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความผูกพัน ระดับความไว้วางใจ และระดับการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ซ่อนเร้นในเครือข่ายทางสังคมที่ไม่เป็นทางการ ของผู้บริหารในภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา และ 2) ลักษณะความสัมพันธ์ของความผูกพัน ความไว้วางใจ และการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ซ่อนเร้นในเครือข่ายทางสังคมที่ไม่เป็นทางการของผู้บริหารในภาคอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารระดับต้นจนถึงระดับกลางในหน่วยงานจัดซื้อ การผลิต ควบคุมคุณภาพ การตลาด การเงินหรือบัญชี และทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตขนาดกลางขึ้นไป จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้บริหารมีระดับความผูกพันและระดับความไว้วางใจระดับปานกลาง มีการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ซ่อนเร้นในระดับต่ำ เมื่อนำมาศึกษาความสัมพันธ์พบว่า ความผูกพันในเครือข่ายทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับความไว้วางใจความไว้วางใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ซ่อนเร้น ซึ่งทั้งความผูกพัน และความไว้วางใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ซ่อนเร้น ทั้ง 2 ปัจจัยสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนในการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ซ่อนเร้นได้ร้อยละ 28.8 และจากการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุและผลของตัวแปรพบว่า ความผูกพันในเครือข่ายทางสังคมที่ไม่เป็นทางการมีความสัมพันธ์ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ที่ซ่อนเร้น
