Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • This article has been reviewed by native English speakers.
  • The Copyright transfer agreement file has been provided.
  • We encourage authors to submit the names of 5 referees (not from your own affiliation) suitable to review the work to aid in the peer review process.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • Make sure that issues about Publication Ethics, Copyight Transfer, Authorship, Highlights, Graphical Abstract, Journal's Template, and References format have been appropriately considered.
  • I accept the rejection of manuscript if I don't follow all submission preparation checklist.

Author Guidelines

Manuscript must be written in English and they must be competently written and argued in clear and concise grammatical English. Acceptable English usage and syntax are expected. Do not use slang, jargon, or obscure abbreviations or phrasing. Metric measurement is preferred; equivalent English measurement may be included in parentheses. Always provide the complete form of an acronym/abbreviation the first time it is presented in the text. Contributors are strongly recommended to have the manuscript checked by a colleague with ample experience in writing English manuscripts or an English language editor.

Typing An article shall be typed into Microsoft Word with a paper size of letter (8.50 x 11 Inches).
Set the margins from top, bottom and right of the paper at 2 cm while the margins from left shall be set at 2.25 cm. There must be only two columns. All pages are to be numbered.

Font Format Use Times New Roman. Font size must be used 12 pt throughout the article. Then, main topic use bold.

Number of Pages The length of a content should not exceed 8 pages, including tables, figure and references (not count Title page).

Symbol use allow insert symbol in MS Word.

Figure assign “Fig. __” please provide an image with a minimum of 531 × 1328 pixels (h × w) or proportionally more. The image must be regular screen resolution 300 – 1200 dpi. Preferred file types: TIFF, JPEG or BMP.

Table assign “Table __” will be type in MS word or used Picture as resolution 300 – 1200 dpi.

Equation, Table and Figure are to be inserted in the content. Only the essential information of these forms should be shown and arranged to be in coherence with the main content. The names of the tables is to be on the top of them. On the other hand, the names of the Illustration/Figure, charts and graphs are to be shown below them along with concise and complete description

Content page following by type of manuscript as table;

Research Article
- Abstract (not exceed 300 word) and Keyword (3 – 6 words, Capitalize each word)

Graphical abstract

The Graphical abstract is encouraged as it draws more attention to the online article. The graphical abstract should summarize the contents of the article in a concise, pictorial and visual summary of the main findings of the article. It could either be the concluding figure from the article or better still a figure that is specially designed for the purpose, which captures the content of the article for readers at a single glance. In addition, the graphical abstract should have a start and end, preferably reading from top to bottom or left to right.

This graphical abstract is helpful in giving readers a quick way to determine if this article is relevant to the research they are searching for or are interested in. The graphical abstract will be displayed in the article online list, but will not appear in the article content or article file. The graphical abstract in accordance with the requirements of the journal SNRUJST is as follows:

- The graphical abstract should be submitted as a separate file in the online submission system and inserted in the manuscript in the title page section.

- Image size: please provide an image with a minimum of 2408 × 3508 pixels (ratio: 500 × 700, h × w) using resolution of 300 dpi or more. Additionally, the image should be readable at a size of 8 × 12 cm. using a regular screen resolution 300 – 1200 dpi.

- Font: Time new roman
- Preferred file type: TIFF, EPS, JPEG and PDF

References must be typed together in explicit way in order of their appearance in the text.
