Human Resource Management and Creative Corporate Culture toward the Exports of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Upper Northern Thailand

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the operation outcomes of small and medium export enterprises, (2) to study the influence of human resource management, creative corporate culture and change leadership toward the operation of enterprises and (3) to study the operation outcomes or organizations classified by type of enterprises, working experiences of entrepreneurs and operating provinces. This research was the mix methodology research. The population was 268 exporting entrepreneurs, 66.50 percent. The research tool was consisted of questionnaire and in-depth interview with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.

The outcomes of research revealed that the export entrepreneurs opinion about transformational leadership were highest level and followed by human resource management, creative corporate culture and operation of organizations at high level. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed that the human resource management had highest direct effect toward creative corporate culture, and followed with creative corporate culture had effect toward change leadership and creative corporate culture had direct effect toward human resource management.

Lastly on the new knowledge aspect, it revealed that the discovery of new knowledge that the influence of corporate culture, creativity, coupled with human resource management. The products and services of small and medium- sized enterprises with outstanding features than its competitors.
