EFFECTS OF STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP ON PERFORMANCE OF COMMUNITY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN NORTHEASTERN OF THAILAND

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to investigate the strategic leadership and performance, and effect of strategic leadership on performance of communities financial in northeastern of Thailand. The findings revealed that through the statistical analysis with particular reference to relations to the effects of strategic leadership on performance, it was found that (1) strategic leadership relating to cultural organization promote, practice of morality, organization controlling, work with others and relationship positively affected and related to performance regarding overall perspective (2) strategic leadership relating to strategic direction setting and resources organization’s administration work with others and relationship positively affected and related to performance regarding customer perspective (3) strategic leadership relating to cultural organization promote and organization controlling, work with others and relationship positively affected and related to performance regarding internal business process perspective (4) strategic leadership relating to cultural organization promote and organization controlling, work with others and relationship positively affected and related to performance regarding learning and growth perspective (5) strategic leadership relating to strategic direction setting, cultural organization promote, and organization controlling, work with others and relationship positively affected and related to performance regarding financial perspective. In conclusion, strategic leadership had an effect on performance. The results can be applied to development strategic of strategy management and strategic planning, policy making, action administrative planning, improvement and potential development of working process in order to increase capacity and procedure in excellence member services. This enables stability, growth and sustainability of administrative in the long run.
