Abstract




The enlargement of the competitiveness of community enterprises is the important factor in order to strengthen the sustainability in the community. Our focus is to determine the development guideline and management strategies, practices and decision making in the management of the Community Enterprise Cavendish Banana Wang Luang. This current research studied of the sum total 45 members. According to the study of the focus group, a semi-structured and structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed at the community level by using the IFE & EFE matrix analysis, the TOWS matrix analysis, and QSP matrix analysis: the results were presented in descriptive statistics. It found that strategical position which increased the competitiveness and growth by using the SO strategy. Additionally, it is interesting to apply this strategy and should lead to the development guideline of decision making in the management of group is the expansion of production area, following by upgrading the standard of GAP production in which to focus on the target market penetration and productive value-added production.
