Abstract

          Nowadays, manufacturing industry is the cause and the factors that affect the environment. If there is an effective green supply chain management system, businesses can reduce their environmental impact and increase the efficiency of their operations. The purpose of this study was to develop a structural equation model of causal relationship of external driving force, internal driving force, and green supply chain management on business performance of manufacturing industry in Thailand. The study was conducted through a literature review and content analysis. According to the study, the constructed causal relationship structural equation model revealed a direct influence of external driving force, internal driving force, and green supply chain management on business performance of manufacturing industry in Thailand. At the same time, the study found that the external driving force and internal driving force had an indirect influence on business performance through green supply chain management.
