บทคัดย่อ

การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่คำนึงถึงความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคลเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับผู้เรียนแต่ละคน เพื่อวางรากฐานชีวิตให้เจริญงอกงามอย่างสมบูรณ์มีพัฒนาการสมวัยอย่างสมดุลทั้งด้านร่างกาย อารมณ์ สังคม และสติปัญญา การจัดการเรียนรู้ต้องส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนได้ค้นพบและแสดงออกถึงศักยภาพของตนเอง ครูผู้สอนจึงควรมีข้อมูลของผู้เรียนเป็นรายบุคคลสำหรับใช้ในการวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและนำไปพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เหมาะสมกับความแตกต่างของผู้เรียนแต่ละคน

การดำเนินชีวิตของคนยุคใหม่ที่ต้องใช้ศักยภาพที่แตกต่างของตนให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในการประกอบอาชีพและช่วยเหลือสังคม ดังนั้นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนได้พัฒนาตนเองตามความสามารถที่แตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล คือได้ค้นพบและเพิ่มพูนศักยภาพที่แตกต่างระหว่างตนเองกับผู้อื่น อันนำไปสู่การทำงานร่วมกัน ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญต่อการสร้างความเข้มแข็งแก่สังคมและประเทศต่อไป

Differentiated Instruction

Learning management based on individual differences is the approach to managing learning that emphasizes each learner in order to lay the basis and promote proper physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. Learning management should encourage learners to discover and show their own potential. Instructors should then learn individual learners’ information so as to plan their instructional activities and develop each of them based on their differences.

The new generation’s lifestyles tend to focus on discovery and ultimate uses of their own potential for their careers and the betterment of their society. Therefore, the learning management emphasizing encouragement and development of learners based on their individual differences helps reveal and enhance their own potential that is different from others. This leads to collaboration which is an important factor in development of the strength of our society and country.
