มุมมองใหม่ของการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

บทคัดย่อ

การจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย นับเป็นกลไกสำคัญใน การสร้างคน สร้างงานและสร้างชาติ หัวใจสำคัญที่จะพัฒนาคนให้เป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ได้นั้น มุมมองใหม่ ของการจัดกิจกรรม แนะแนวควรส่งเสริมพัฒนาผู้เรียนโดยมุ่งการจัดกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ ความสนใจ บริบท สิ่งแวดล้อม ธรรมชาติของผู้เรียน หลักสำคัญในการออกแบบการจัด กิจกรรม 5 ด้าน คือ 1. การจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนว 2. การสร้างความรู้ 3. การเรียนรู้กลุ่มมนุษยนิยม 4. การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ และ 5. การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน การจัดกิจกรรมบูรณาการ 5 รูปแบบการ สอนเข้าด้วยกันคือ (1) การเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ (2) การใช้กิจกรรมเป็นฐาน (3) การใช้กรณีศึกษาเป็นฐาน (4) การใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน และ (5) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และมี 5 องค์ประกอบในการจัดกิจกรรม ได้แก่ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) ขั้นตอนการจัดกิจกรรม 4) การวัดและประเมินผล และ 5) ปัจจัยสนับสนุน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย (1) ชุมชนให้การสนับสนุน (2) บุคลากรที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องให้ความร่วมมือจัดกิจกรรม และ (3) นักเรียน หมั่นศึกษาหาความรู้ด้วยตนเองอย่างเป็นระบบ

New Idea of Guidance Activity for High School Students

Guidance activity in high school education is important to create a quality people, career and nation. The key for development complete people based on a new idea of the guidance activity. It aims to promote students, development activities in keeping with the needs of students interested in the environmental context. There are consisted of five principles. These are 1. guidance activities 2. construct knowledge 3. learning in a group of humanism 4. collaborative learning and 5. participation of the community. The activities were integrated 5 techniques of teaching together ; (1) collaborative learning (2) activity based learning (3) case based learning (4) problem based learning and (5) participation of community learning. There are five components of setting activity, these are 1) principles 2) objective 3) the learning process 4) assessment 5) supported factors - (1) community : support the learning process (2) personnel involved give cooperation activities and (3) students : try to study as a manual system.
