การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการคิดของผู้เรียนในระดับประถมศึกษา (Development of Learning Management Innovation to Develop Students’ Thinking Skills in Elementary Level)

บทคัดย่อ
              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการคิดของผู้เรียนในระดับประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชน และ 2) ทดลองใช้และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยคละกระจายกันไปให้ครบตามขนาดของโรงเรียนเล็ก กลาง ใหญ่ ครอบคลุมทั้ง 5 ภูมิภาค การดำเนินการวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมตลอดปีการศึกษา 2558 ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือครูผู้สอน ผู้บริหาร และนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนในระดับประถมศึกษาจาก 5 ภูมิภาค เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้คือ แบบวัดความรู้ครู แบบประเมินทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครูและนักเรียน  แบบวัดทักษะการคิดของผู้เรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสถิติเชิงบรรยาย
          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นคู่มือประกอบการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการคิดของผู้เรียนในระดับประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย แนวคิดและทฤษฎี หลักการ  วัตถุประสงค์  กระบวนการและกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้  ตัวอย่างกิจกรรม และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้  2) ผลที่เกิดขึ้นกับครู พบว่าครูกลุ่มทดลองมีพัฒนาการด้านความรู้สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม มีทักษะการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการคิดอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิดเห็นต่อนวัตกรรมฯ อยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน สำหรับผลที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้เรียน พบว่านักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีพัฒนาการด้านทักษะการคิดสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม และส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากในทุกด้าน

Abstract

The research objectives were 1) to develop a learning management innovation for constructing thinking skills of students in elementary private school and 2) to implement and examine the quality of the innovation in the schools of various sizes including small, middle, and large size in five regions of Thailand. Research methodology was Research and Development and the innovation was implemented in the academic year 2015. The samples included teachers, principals, and students in elementary private schools. The data were gathered by a Teaching Knowledge Test, Classroom Practice Evaluation Form, Opinion Questionnaire (teachers’ and students’ version), and Student Thinking Test. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were used to analyze the data. 

Key findings were 1) The innovation is a teacher manual for developing elementary students’ thinking skills. The manual mentioned about concepts and theories, principles, objectives, processes and learning activities, exemplars of lesson, and measurement and assessment. 2) The teachers in the experiment group were more knowledge than the control group.  Most teachers were highly teaching skills to develop thinking and were highly satisfied with the innovation. Regarding students’ learning, they had higher level of thinking skills than the control group and were highly satisfied with the learning management on all aspects.
