บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์   1)  เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสำรอง  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น     2)  เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น  3 )  เพื่อปรียบเทียบระดับความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสำรอง  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น  และระดับความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น    4)  เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการจัดฝึกอบรมด้านความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสำรอง  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้นและการฝึกอบรมด้านความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น  กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี  สาขาปฐมวัย    สาขาเทคโนโลยี่ และนวัตกรรมการศึกษาและคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา  คณะศึกษาศาสตร์  มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี  สาขาละ  201  คน  และมีการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ  เครื่องมือวิจัย  ได้แก่  แบบสอบถาม  เก็บข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง  สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่  ค่าความถี่  ค่าร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  t-test  และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสัมภาษณ์ 

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า    1) ระดับความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสำรอง  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น พบว่าโดยรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก   2) ระดับความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น พบว่าโดยรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก  3) การเปรียบเทียบการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสำรองและสามัญรุ่นใหญ่    ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น  ด้านความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมโดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05    4)  แนวทางปฏบัติในการฝึกอบรมวิชาผู้กำกับลูกเสือสำรองและสามัญรุ่นใหญ่  ขั้นความรู้เบื้องต้น   ด้านความรู้และทักษะของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรม   มีดังนี้คือ  ภาคความรู้ทางลูกเสือควรเรียนรู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยทุกสัปดาห์ตามหลักสูตร    ภาคปฏิบัติทางลูกเสือควรฝึกปฏิบัติบางส่วนในมหาวิทยาลัย   นักศึกษาที่เรียนภาคความรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติในมหาวิทยาลัยต้องแต่งเครื่องแบบทุกคน        ควรมีการวัดผลประเมินผลทั้งภาคความรู้และภาคปฏิบัติในมหาวิทยาลัย และ ต้องมีการผ่านการฝึกอบรมในค่ายลูกเสือเพื่อรับวุฒิบัตร

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study   1)  the trainee’s knowledge and skill level in cub  basic unit leader training course,  2) the trainee’s knowledge and skill level in senior  basic unit leader training course,  3)  the  comparison  of trainee’s knowledge and skill level in  cub  basic  unit  leader  training  course  and  trainee’s knowledge and skill level in senior  basic  unit  leader  training course, and  4)  practical guideline for cub  basic unit leader training in the trainee’s knowledge and skill aspect and  senior  basic unit leader training in the trainee’s knowledge and skill aspect.  The samples of this research were 201 undergraduate students majoring in early childhood program, and in technology and educational innovation and computer science program at Faculty of Education in Bangkokthonburi University, including with the interview of expertises.  The instrument was a questionnaire. The data collection has been carried out by the   researcher as well as the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and content analysis.

          The findings of the research revealed that 1) the trainee’s knowledge and skill level in the cub basic unit leader training course was at high level as a whole, 2) the traineee’s knowledge and skill level in senior  basic unit leader training  course  was at high level as a whole,  3) the  comparison of trainee’s knowledge and skill level in  cub  basic  unit  leader  training  course  and  trainee’s knowledge and skill level in senior  basic  unit  leader  training  were  significantly  different at the statistical level of .05, and  4)  the practical guideline for cub basic unit leader training course  in the trainee’s knowledge and skill aspect and senior  basic unit leader training  course  in the trainee’s knowledge and skill aspect revealed as follows;  student should learn the scout knowledge on weekly basis, practice in scouting should be performed partially in the university site, student in both knowledge course and practice course should wear formal uniform, measurement and evaluation in knowledge course and practice course should be implemented, and student should have passed training course in the scout camp for official certification.
