Abstract

The objectives of this research for 1) study the staff’s satisfaction and Employee Engagement DAD, 2) develop and strengthen the effectiveness of human resource division. The research methodology is mixed between qualitative and quantitative research. The research instruments are a questionnaire sent to focus group from high-level position, middle-level position, including operational staff ranking from level 1 to 4 and contract staff of Dhanarak Asset Development Company Limited (DAD).


The research findings reveal as follows;


1) The results of hypothesis, the demographical factors on different age, education, position and earnings have an effect on employee engagement of Dhanarak Asset Development Company Limited (DAD). Differentiation of norms, job description factor, incentive factor and sustain factor have an influence in staff's satisfaction and employee engagement of Dhanarak Asset Development Company Limited (DAD).


2) High-level and Middle-level positions are very satisfy with DAD. They recognize the importance of development new generation to work replacing them in the future. Employees were pround of their career as an employee in the organization. Be stable, justice and advancement is the things that operational staff take an interest because of there are quite a few of Gen X staff who are earn one's own, need stability and advancement for a good quality of life in the future.
