Abstract

The objectives for this research were 1) to realize the appropriate operating model for the structure of regional operations of Association for the Mentally Ill of Thailand. 2) to realize the guidelines of Organization Management accord with the mission of Association for the Mentally Ill of Thailand by Participatory Action Research: PAR.  Plan, brainstorm and deliberate to the management model for decentralize and the appropriate operating model for the structure of regional operations of Association for the Mentally Ill of Thailand.


The result of this research was found that Association for the Mentally Ill of Thailand has completely in the Management Structure but lack of Good Governance and knowledge management that affect to performance. Then Arrange for committee that drive sector operations for Association for the Mentally Ill of Thailand called “Mentor”. In progress of the structure of operations, roles and obviously capability. Attend to learning activities, advise on efficiently operations for personnel development, learning and apply to work sustainable. Be the cause of forceful regional operations and pushing disable person to be the important resource for country development.
