Strategy Learning Management to Develop Kid-Pen Process of Student Primary School

Abstract


This mixed method research is questionnaires, and meeting with professionals for the evaluation of relevant strategic plans. Population and sample groups include 8 executives and 98 school teachers. Total 106 Research results revealed the followings : (1) With regard to the problems, requirements, and Problem to develop kid-pen process of student primary school, the students should be trained to think realistically as part of the practical training/lessons.(2) With regard to the internal and external environments affecting the Problem to develop kid-pen process of student primary school, students should be engaged to solve problems in a logical manner based on personal or social experiences and scientific information available. (3) strategy learning management as Keys to develop kid-pen process of student primary school include: Strengthen the communication thinking Skills , Strengthen the systematic thinking skills , Strengthen the analytical thinking skills, Strengthen the creative thinking skills Strategy ,Strengthen the ethical thinking skills
