การประเมินนักเรียนด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรีเขต 3 ตามแนวคิดการประเมินแบบเสริมพลัง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลผู้บริหารและครูด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 3 ตามแนวคิดการประเมินแบบเสริมพลัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในระยะที่ 1 คือ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนในเขตสุพรรณบุรี  จำนวน 370 คน ระยะที่ 2 ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 335 คน ระยะที่ 3 และ 4 คือ ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการการคิดวิเคราะห์ของโรงเรียนบ้านพุน้ำร้อน จำนวน 12 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การสอบถาม และการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร  การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบด้วยค่าที

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารและครู ดำเนินการประเมินผลด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างต่อเนื่องในเรื่องการประเมินคุณลักษณะด้านความคิดวิเคราะห์สูงที่สุด และไม่ได้ดำเนินการในเรื่องการกำหนดมาตรฐาน/ตัวบ่งชี้/เกณฑ์ด้านการคิดวิเคราะห์สูงที่สุด 2) ผู้บริหารและครูมีความต้องการด้านการรายงานคุณภาพการประเมิน/การจัดหาเอกสารที่รายงานความก้าวหน้ามากที่สุด 3) บุคลากรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเขียนรายงานคุณภาพการประเมินโครงการการคิดวิเคราะห์ หลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 4) ทักษะการเขียนรายงานคุณภาพการประเมินโครงการการคิดวิเคราะห์ของบุคลากรอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

The objective of this research was to evaluate the directors and teachers on students’ analytical thinking in Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 based on empowerment evaluation. The samples of this research were divided four stages. The first stage was the 370 directors and teachers in Suphanburi province. The second stage was the 335 directors and teachers in Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. The third and the fourth stages were the 12 teachers who were owner the analytical thinking project. The research instruments were a questionnaire and content analysis. The statistics used for analysis the data were frequency, percentage, and standard deviation. The inference statistics was t-test.

The results of this research found that: 1) The directors and teachers always managed to evaluate on analytical thinking and didn’t manage on analytical thinking standard, 2) The directors and teachers needed to report the quality of the evaluation, 3) In the writing the report evaluation on analytical thinking project, the pose personals’ development were significantly higher than the pre personals’ development at the level of .01, and 4) The skill of the writing the report evaluation on analytical thinking project was at the very good level.
