การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์ 2). เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยความเสี่ยงด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์ จำแนกตามโปรแกรมวิชาและกลุ่มวิชา 3)ศึกษาแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคืออาจารย์ผู้สอนในคณะครุศาสตร์จำนวน 52 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีการของ     เชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  1) การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์ มีความเสี่ยงระดับสูงมากในด้านวิธีการสอน  ลักษณะของผู้สอน  การให้คำปรึกษา  เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล การวัดและประเมินผลในการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการติดต่อสื่อสารเมื่อจำแนกตามระดับโปรแกรมพบว่าโปรแกรมวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยมีระดับความเสี่ยงสูงมากจำนวน 16 รายการสำหรับกลุ่มวิชาที่มีจำนวนรายการความเสี่ยงสูงมากคือกลุ่มวิชาวัดผลและวิจัยการศึกษา มีจำนวน 18 รายการ 2) การเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยความเสี่ยงด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์จำแนกตามโปรแกรมวิชาพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  และเมื่อจำแนกตามกลุ่มวิชาพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านการเรียนการสอนของ คณะครุศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่ใช้วิธีการหลีกเลี่ยงความเสี่ยง  ควบคุมความเสี่ยง  และถ่ายโอนความเสี่ยง รวมไปถึงการหามาตรการในการป้องกันความเสี่ยงโดยมีการติดตามเป็นรายไตรมาส

The purposes of this research were 1)Surveyand risk analysis of the teaching of the Faculty of Education.2)Comparison of risk factors for the teaching of the Faculty of Education. By the subjects and groups of subjects. 3) Guide lines on the management of risks relating to the teaching of  the Faculty of Education. The samples were 52 in the Faculty of Education. The research tools used in the questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, One-way analysis of variance and paired tests using Scheffe's method.

                    The research findings revealed that :1) The survey and risk analysis of the teaching of the Faculty of Education has a very high degree of risk in terms of teaching methods. The instructor, Counseling, Information, technology, Human Resource Management, Measurement and evaluation in teaching and communication. When classified by level of education pre school program found that the program has a very high risk for the groupof16subjectswith a high risk list is a group of research and evaluation studies of 18 items. 2)The comparison of risk factors for the teaching of the Board of  Education by the Department found that the difference is statistically significant at the .05 level and was classified by subjects showed no difference. 3)The approach to risk management, the teaching of  the Faculty of Education, most of the way to a void the risk , risk control and risk transfer to take measures to prevent risks are monitored on a quarterly basis.
