การพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง อาหารท้องถิ่นปลาหมำ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนแม่พระประจักษ์ สุพรรณบุรี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง อาหารท้องถิ่นปลาหมำ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนแม่พระประจักษ์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนจากการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง อาหารท้องถิ่นปลาหมำ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1โรงเรียนแม่พระประจักษ์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง อาหารท้องถิ่นปลาหมำ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนแม่พระประจักษ์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ได้ทำการศึกษากับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนแม่พระประจักษ์ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 32 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดียที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 80.52 / 85.10 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดียหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3)นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มัลติมีเดียอยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this study were 1) to develop the computer multimedia instruction on local wisdom food pramum for student matthayom 1 , 2) to compare the students’ learning achievement before and after using the computer multimedia instruction on local wisdom food pramum for student matthayom 1, 3) to study the students’ satisfaction to wards the computer multimedia instruction on local wisdom food pramum for student matthayom 1, Maephraprajak School, Suphanburi Province.
The samples for this study were 32 student matthayom 1 at Maephraprajak School , Songpheenong District, Suphanburi Province, during the first semester of 2012 academic year.
The results of this study were 1) the efficiency of the computer multimedia instruction was 80.52/85.10 , 2) the achievements of the students after studying using the computer multimedia instruction were statistically higher than the achievement before studying the computer multimedia instruction at the 0.01 level , 3) the students’ satisfaction was at high level.
