การพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินเพื่อรองรับการก้าวสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (Strategic Development of Competency Building for Flight Attendant Profession towards the ASEAN Community)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาอนาคตภาพของสมรรถนะวิชาชีพพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินเพื่อรองรับการก้าวเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (2) ศึกษาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินเพื่อรองรับการก้าวเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน และ (3) กำหนด

ยุทธศาสตร์การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินเพื่อรองรับการก้าวเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประชากร คือ นักศึกษา สาขาธุรกิจการบิน พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินของการบินไทย นกแอร์และไทยแอร์เอเชีย จำนวน 714 คน และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 17 คน ด้วยเทคนิค EFR เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอก การจับคู่เพื่อกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ แบบสอบถามประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น (Need Assessment) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

            ยุทธศาสตร์การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะวิชาชีพพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินเพื่อรองรับการก้าวสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนประกอบด้วย กลุ่มนักศึกษา  1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและบูรณการสู่วิชาชีพ 2) การพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและบุคลากรสู่อาเซียน 3) การจัดตั้งองค์กรการเรียนรู้สู่วิชาชีพพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน และ 4) การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือสู่การปฏิบัติงานในวิชาชีพ  กลุ่มพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน  1) การจัดตั้งศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฝึกอบรมครบวงจรในภูมิภาคอาเซียน 2) การเพิ่มพูนทักษะวิชาชีพเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง 3) การพัฒนาจัดการเรียนรู้สู่บริบทอาเซียน และ 4) การเสริมสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจแก่บุคลากรเพื่อก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract

               This research aimed to (1)  Study the performance competency of the professional image of the flight attendants to support the move towards ASEAN community (2) Study the performance of the professional competency of the flight attendants to support  the move towards ASEAN community (3) Determine Competency Development Strategies of  Flight attendant  towards  the ASEAN community. This research was conducted by applying mixed methods research. Evaluate strategy by experts, and questionnaires were applied. Population and samples were 714 graduating students in airline business, full service airline flight attendants and low cost  airline flight attendants and 17 educators. Data collection tools include questionnaire, semi-structured interview, All data will be applied to analyze internal and external environments (SWOT Analysis) and formulate policy (TOWS Matrix).  The results of this research were as follows:

Graduating students Strategies were: Strategy 1: The development of curriculum and integration of learning into professional flight attendant. Strategy 2: The development of students and staff to enhance their knowledge into ASEAN community. Strategy 3: The development of establishment centers of learning for professional flight attendant. Strategy 4:  The development of creating a network of technical cooperation to the practice of the professional.

              Flight Attendants Strategies were: Strategy 1:  The development of  establishment of the comprehensive training flight attendants in the region. Strategy 2: The development of enhancing professional flight attendants to accommodate the changing context. . Strategy 3: The development of knowledge management of the flight attendants to the ASEAN context. Strategy 4: The development of strengthening the morale of the flight attendants to move to the ASEAN community.
