บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)  ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัดและ 2)  พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัด ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามภูมิภาค จำนวน 1,850 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่  แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น และแบบตรวจสอบและยืนยันรูปแบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์  ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ การวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1.  องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัด ประกอบด้วย 1)  กระบวนการบริหารจัดการ 2)  การมีส่วนร่วม 3)  การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล 4)  ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร 5)  การจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยี 6)  การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ 7)  การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียน 8)  การนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามและประเมินผล และ9)  ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียน

2.  รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนอนุบาลประจำจังหวัดเป็นรูปแบบที่สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยทั้ง 8 องค์ประกอบมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อองค์ประกอบความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียน องค์ประกอบที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียน ได้แก่ 1) การจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยี 2) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร 3) การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียน 4) การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล  4)  การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ และ 5)  การมีส่วนร่วม

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the factors of administration towards excellence for the provincial kindergarten school, and 2)  development model of administration towards excellence for the provincial kindergarten school. The research samples were school directors, teachers, and basic education committees under the provincial kindergarten  school, derived by stratified random sampling, The sample consisted of 1400 peoples The research instruments constructed by the researcher were the structured interview, subject of the discussion group, the verification and confirmation model form, and the questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, path analysis and content analysis. The results were as follows:

                1. Factors of administration towards excellence for the provincial kindergarten  school consisted of nine components: 1) administrative process, 2) collaboration, 3) human resources management,             4) leadership, 5)data information and technology management, 6) strategic planning, 7)  student focus,  8)  supervision monitoring and evaluation, and 9)  excellence of school.

2. The model of administration towards excellence for the provincial kindergarten school was consistent with empirical data. There are 8 variables showed a direct effect on the excellence of the school. The variables that showed indirect effect were: 1)  data information and technology management, 2) leadership, 3)  human resources management, 4)  strategic planning, and 5) collaboration
