สมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษาของนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา (YC) เขตภาคกลาง (Competency of Supervisor - Teachers for Students as Youth Counselor (YC) : Central Region)

Abstract

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษาของนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา (YC) เขตภาคกลางซึ่งผู้วิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน คือขั้นตอนที่ 1กำหนดองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของครูที่ปรึกษา และขั้นตอนที่ 2 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของระดับสมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของระดับสมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษาคือ ครูที่ทำงานด้านระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนประเภทขยายโอกาส ในเขตพื้นที่ภาคกลาง ปีการศึกษา 2557จำนวน 274 คน โดยผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Sampling) เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามระดับสมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษา จำนวน 47 ข้อ ซึ่งค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปลิสเรลในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลองค์ประกอบยืนยัน

     ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสมรรถนะของครูที่ปรึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ  และด้านเจตคติ ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ (Factor Loading) มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เป็นหลักฐานแสดงว่า สามารถนำไปใช้วัดระดับสมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษาได้อย่างเที่ยงตรง สำหรับการศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีสมรรถนะครูที่ปรึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.14) 

     This is a survey research study.  The purpose of this study was to study the competency of supervisor-teachers for Youth Counselor (YC) in the central region of Thailand. This study was divided into two phases; that are, Phase 1: Defining elements of competency of supervisor-teachers for peer counselor, and Phase 2: Confirmatory factor analysis of competency levels of supervisor-teachers.  The subjects of this study were 274 teachers who have involved in the student support system at the Educational Opportunity Expansion schools in central region of Thailand in academic year 2014. The stratified sampling method was utilized to obtain those subjects. The instrument of this study was a 47-item questionnaire on the competency levels of supervisor-teachers. The reliability of this questionnaire was 0.95. The LISREL was used for data and confirmatory factor analysis.

     The findings indicated that the competency of supervisor-teachers consists with of three elements, including; that is. knowledge, skills, and attitude. This is statistically significant (p = .05) consistent with empirical data and factor loading. This can be an evidence that this questionnaire can measure the competency levels of supervisor-teachers accurately. And a finding also showed that the subjects had high level of competency of supervisor-teachers. (The average level was 3.14)
