Factors of The Best Practices affecting The Quality of Primary School’s  Excellence

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษายอดเยี่ยม 2) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพโรงเรียนประถมศึกษายอดเยี่ยม และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย  ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู กรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 317 คน จากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษายอดเยี่ยม  ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1.  องค์ประกอบการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษายอดเยี่ยม ได้แก่ 1) ความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหาร 2) ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการ 3) วัฒนธรรมองค์กร 4) การทำงานเป็นทีม         5) การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 6) การนิเทศภายใน และ 7) การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา  

2.  องค์ประกอบการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพโรงเรียนประถมศึกษายอดเยี่ยม ได้แก่ 1) การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 2) การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา 3) การทำงานเป็นทีม 4) ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการ 5) การนิเทศภายใน และ 6) ความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหาร โดยร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพโรงเรียนได้ ร้อยละ 78.80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3.  แนวทางพัฒนาการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา บุคลากรทุกคนควรพัฒนาตนเอง พัฒนางาน โดยแสวงหาความรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ร่วมประชุม อบรม สัมมนา ควรศึกษาดูงานโรงเรียนต้นแบบทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ  สร้างเครือข่ายการมีส่วนร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วน

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study factors of the best practices of primary school’s excellence, 2) study factors of the best practices affecting the quality of primary school’s excellence, and 3) identify guidelines for developing the best practices of primary school under office of the basic education commission. The research samples were administrators school, teachers, and  basic school education committees total 317 persons from primary school’s excellence

The finding of this research were as follows:

1. Factors of the best practices of primary school’s excellence consisted of: 1) professionalism of administrator, 2) administration efficiency, 3) organizational culture, 4) teamwork, 5) child-centered learning activities, 6) internal supervision, and 7) quality assurance in education.

2.  Factors of the best practices affecting the quality of primary school’s excellence consisted of: 1) child-centered learning activities, 2) quality assurance in education, 3) teamwork,  4) administration efficiency, 5) internal supervision, and 6) professionalism of administrator, they were predicted quality school at the percentage of 78.80 with statistical significance at .05.

3. The guidelines for developing the best practices of primary school under office of the basic education commission were; school personnel should developing themselves, developing their works and developing teamwork by learning continuously, participating in seminar training with other organizations and get advantage field trips in master quality school in country and oversee, otherwise; they should enhancing create participating network.
