Abstract
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพบทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของบทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ดังนี้ 2.1 เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านจับใจความก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยบทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น 2.2 เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยบทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนวัดไผ่โรงวัว อำเภอสองพี่น้อง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 30 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการทดลองจำนวน 10 ชั่วโมง แบบแผนการทดลองคือ แบบหนึ่งกลุ่มทดสอบก่อน-หลัง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) บทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) แบบทดสอบทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ 4) แบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที(t-test) แบบ dependent และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น จำนวน 5 ชุด คือ 1. สองพี่น้อง ก่อนเก่า 2. ภัยร้ายนกพิราบ 3. เตือนใจเปรตวัดไผ่โรงวัว 4. ประเพณีทิ้งกระจาด 5. กอไผ่และโรงวัว มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 82.31/81.15 2) บทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น มีประสิทธิผลดังนี้ 2.1 นักเรียนมีทักษะการอ่านจับใจความหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้สูงกว่าก่อนจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 2.2 นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยบทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก นักเรียนมีความเห็นว่าบทอ่านมัลติมีเดียโดยใช้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่น ช่วยให้นักเรียนรู้จักชุมชน ท้องถิ่นของตนเองมากขึ้น เกิดความสนใจและกระตือรือร้นต่อ การเรียน เกิดความสนุกสนานในการเรียน รักและภูมิใจในชุมชนและท้องถิ่นของตนเอง

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to find the efficiency of the development of local information exercise through multimedia to encourage reading comprehension skill of first grade students at the standard criterion of 80/80 2) to evaluate the efficiency of local information exercise through multimedia to encourage reading for multimedia of first grade students in term of 2.1 to compare the reading comprehension skill achievement of pretest and posttest. 2.2 to study first grade students’ opinions toward learning with the local information exercise through multimedia. The sample were 30 first grade students,during the second semester academic year 2015 of Watphairongwua school, Songphinong District, Suphanburi Province and the implementation covered 10 hours.The research design was the one group pretest-posttest design.The research instruments were:1) the local information exercise through multimedia 2) lesson plan 3) the reading comprehension skill achievement test 4) The opinions of the students’ questionnaire.The data were analyzed by percentage (%), mean (X̅), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test dependent and content analysis.
The results of this research were as follow: 1) The local information exercise through multimedia were consisted of 5 exercises, that 1. The former time of Song Pi Nong 2. The danger of rock pigeon 3. Remind of ghost jinn at Watphairongwua temple 4. Tingkrajad tradition 5. A clump of bamboos and cows’ cage have the efficient of 82.31/81.15. 2)The effectiveness on results of local information exercise through multimedia had the effective as following; 2.1 The reading comprehension skill after to study the local information exercise through multimedia was higher than before studying at the .01 level. 2.2 The opinions of the students toward the learning by the local information exercise through multimedia as a whole were at high agreement level. The local information exercise through multimedia helped the students knew their local information better. The students interested and paid attention with the lesson. They enjoyed, loved and pleased their community and local area.
